Restaurateur Antonio Ninivaggi purchased the restaurant, formerly Osianna, in the winter of 2015. In the summer of 2016 he officially changed it to Toto, altering the menu slightly to focus on a broad Mediterranean fare and not specifically Greek. GIMLET MARKETING was brought in initially to cover the grand-opening and reach out to the media, but eventually took over all aspects of social media and continued to work on PR, getting Antonio and the Chef appearances on Channel 12 and involved in several food events including the Taste of Fairfield. 
Antonio Ninivaggi is also an owner of Pearl at Longshore which remains a client of mine.
