Pearl at Longshore Restaurant and Bar

(Former client - Restaurant sold in 2020 and was acquired by the Delamar Group)

Pearl at Longshore is a relative newcomer to the vibrant Westport restaurant scene. The space had been vacant for well over a year after the former restaurant, a longtime occupant, closed its doors. Situated right on the water, Pearl has an ideal location with a pristine setting. To enter the restaurant one must first drive through the golf course which is public to Westport town residents, then once parked one can wander to the back which has sweeping views of the Long Island Sound. Inside the décor is modern and sophisticated yet casual. A vast bar area occupies the entire length of one wall. The elegant bar is made from recycled glass and behind, bleached reclaimed wood offer gentle nods to the water.

Under the guise of GIMLET MARKETING which handled all aspects of the restaurant's social media and PR campaigns, the restaurant participated in The Greenwich Wine and Food Festival, Chef Michael Hazen was a featured chef at The Westport Farmer's Market and the restaurant received coverage in numerous local publications, both in print and digitally.

Now at the beginning of the second year the restaurant is poised for success. Taking full advantage of its location, the restaurant has several large events scheduled for the summer. In addition to hosting bands and DJs on The Patio, the restaurant will be partnering up with local brands such as distilleries and liquor companies. Additionally, the restaurant launched The Gallery @ Pearl to celebrate local artists within the community. The Gallery is located in the spacious entryway and will feature a new artist every other month or so. Chef Michael Hazen will once again be featured at The Westport Farmer's Market and is to be the featured Chef at Ambler Farm's renown Farm to Table Dinner.

Pearl maintains a large presence in the social media word and continues to grow.
